Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace, Network, Identity Controlling Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for coordinating all cost controlling activities, developing insights and technical expertise, and managing a dedicated controller team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, closing, and reporting activities
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise on numbers under scope
  • Manage a dedicated controller team of 7 positions and managed services
  • Build trust with business teams through advice, support, and positive challenge
  • Contribute to strengthening and improving finance foundations, processes, and culture
Requirements
  • Leadership capabilities, including communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Full English proficiency
  • Integrity, problem-solving, and process focus
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or economics
  • Financial skills, understanding of business economics, and business case foundations
  • Proven experience in controlling and good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
