Job PurposeThe Workplace, Network, Identity Controlling Manager is responsible for coordinating all cost controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, and closing & reporting. This role requires developing insights and recognized technical expertise on numbers under scope, managing a dedicated controller team, and building trust with business teams through advice, support, and positive challenge.

- Leadership capabilities, including communication skills, integrity, problem-solving, and process focus
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or economics
- Financial skills, understanding of business economics, and business case foundations
- Proven experience in controlling, good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
