Job Description:

The CPG industry relies on NielsenIQ for understanding emerging market trends. As a Commercial Director for Business Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue from IV25 clients by increasing width and depth of NIQ solutions.
  • Develop and implement winning sales pitches to retain current business and identify new opportunities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to build pitches that meet client business requirements.
  • Own client relationships and lead client engagement for assigned clients.
  • Build account plans with client consulting teams to identify business objectives and NIQ solutions that can help achieve them.
  • Manage client servicing for clients without a consulting lead, working with internal functions to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A proven commercial leader with experience in sales strategy, business development, and account management.
  • A master's degree or diploma in marketing, with a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in the CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with sales technology and digital tools, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
