Job Title: Global Account Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Account Director to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships across Europe, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
