PredictCan Biotechnologies is a pioneering biotechnology company developing advanced patient-derived 3D models to predict and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of anticancer drugs.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to drive our national and international expansion by promoting and selling our innovative product, GenuineSelect-TOX, and its associated service activity.

About the Role
  • You will analyze market segmentation and sub-segmentation to identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, plan, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Organize successful selling campaigns for GenuineSelect-TOX, leveraging your expertise in human 3D preclinical models.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance our sales process to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage business relationships with customers, maintaining long-term perspectives through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Develop and manage budgets, providing reliable forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to building and animating PredictCan Biotechnologies' community by generating engaging content and sharing experiences.
  • Closely collaborate with our R&D team to provide market insights and feedback from customers, ensuring our products meet evolving customer needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the preclinical market ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in human 3D preclinical models (culture + testing).
  • A portfolio of customers working on drug discovery, including lead optimization, characterization, DMPK, ADME, Tox, etc.
  • Proven experience in complex and long-term deals with big pharma & biotech companies.
  • A track record of successfully launching new preclinical products and services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-centric approach, with high energy and conviction.
  • Familiarity with French language is a plus.
