We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Solutions Expert to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our Storage team, you will be responsible for the engineering and operations of new solutions regarding Storage Technologies and its ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Storage Infrastructure Administration: Manage and maintain our Storage infrastructure, including SAN and NAS systems.
- Incident Management: Resolve and communicate incidents related to Storage infrastructure.
- 24/7 On-Duty and Early Morning Organization: Participate in a global on-duty rotation and early morning organization to ensure seamless operations.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans for Storage infrastructure.
- Audit and Security Projects: Collaborate on audit and security projects to ensure compliance and security of Storage infrastructure.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in Storage infrastructure management.
- Documentation and Communication: Provide and share documentation, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Capacity Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain capacity management reports and provide visibility on action/project progress.
- Infrastructure Management: Be responsible for the management of infrastructure within our scope.
- Architecture and Standards: Define and validate the framework and standards for Storage architecture.
- Impact Analysis and Compliance: Verify and analyze the impacts of new solutions and their coherence with existing architecture and the overall IT strategy.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of NAS, scripting abilities, automation, Nutanix, VSAN, and general IT and Datacenter infrastructure architectures.
- Security and Compliance: Part of Security follow-up for Storage practice.
- Production Experience: Proven experience in IT production environment, including incident management, 24/7 on-duty, and early morning organization.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Autonomous, teamwork spirit, and self-organized working, respectful of processes.
- Curiosity and Assertiveness: Curiosity, assertiveness, and customer-centric approach.
- Result Orientation: Result-oriented and able to work in dynamic, matrix-structured global organizations.
- Language Skills: Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English is a must; French speaking is appreciated.
