We are seeking an IT Solutions Specialist in SAP Maintenance & Inventory to play a crucial role in this global transformation effort. In this role, you will be engaged in Business Modules projects within the GET Program, collaborating closely with Business and IT Program Directors to ensure successful delivery of the program objectives regarding timelines, quality, and budget.
Your Key Responsibilities
As an SAP Maintenance and Inventory Specialist, you will oversee and enhance the maintenance and inventory workflows within our organization. You will liaise with technical teams, supply chain managers, and end-users to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading design workshops with project teams, offering functional and methodological expertise while assisting the Business in optimizing operational processes.
- Creating necessary deliverables such as functional and technical specifications and operational procedures.
- Reporting to management and coordinating various project stakeholders, including technicians and IT experts.
- Independently configuring and customizing SAP for the Maintenance & Inventory modules, ensuring data integrity and resolving any discrepancies.
- Monitoring changes in SAP organizational structures and adapting to new regulations related to maintenance and inventory.
- Participating in cross-functional project meetings to foster an integrated approach to business process management.
- Working effectively within matrix and cross-functional organizations.
Essential: Strong knowledge of SAP modules PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Material Management) relevant to implementation or application maintenance projects; understanding of maintenance and logistics processes; familiarity with cross-functional SAP modules is advantageous.
Essential: Proficiency in English.
- Experience in project management environments.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues using SAP functionalities.
