About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Retirement Savings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the contracts of our enterprise clients, ensuring the regularity and quality of their data processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client contracts, ensuring timely and accurate data processing
- Control and update client data, identifying and resolving any anomalies
- Conduct amicable recoveries of retirement savings contributions and/or declarations, and initiate contentious procedures as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns
- Contribute to the development of strong relationships with our enterprise clients and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative management and/or client relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
This role is based in Grenoble, France, and requires a strong understanding of French labor laws and regulations.
