ENGIE, a pioneering energy company, is embarking on a groundbreaking Transformation Program, GET (Global Enterprise Transformation). This ambitious initiative aims to standardize and accelerate the ERP system, as well as enhance process effectiveness, making ENGIE an integrated industrial company.
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Release Manager to join our GET IT Team and contribute to the success of this transformative program.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the GET landscape, ensuring seamless SAP environments usage, client strategy, and technical scale-up needs.
- Collaborate with the Release Manager to oversee the overall Release Calendar management.
- Supervise transport management for core SAP components, including Solman/ChaRM configuration and usage.
- Monitor the qualitative execution of Transport Requests through automated cycles in Solman ChaRM.
- Define and implement industrialized procedures for Refresh Management in cooperation with the Infrastructure team.
- Contribute to Income Management by defining and monitoring adequate documents and checklists.
- Bring expertise on SAP technico-functional structures and work with ENGIE teams and SAP teams to leverage supporting tools.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP technico-functional areas, SAP Solman, and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Understanding of managing a composite SAP landscape (S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP Analytical Cloud, SAP DataSphere,...).
- Experience in overall activities part of SAP landscape technical lifecycle maintenance.
- Fluent English (oral/written).
- Leadership, experience in transverse management, and large team cross-coordination.
- Experience of working in project management mode.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Team spirit.
