Capijobnew is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join our team in France. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients integrate health and safety culture into their core business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the broader sales and delivery efforts across all services, including occupational health and safety audits, organizational and technical diagnosis, training, and support for clients in implementing action plans.
- Deliver to revenue targets and contribute to major sales pursuits in conjunction with a Director.
- Support project teams in delivering to clients' expectations, goals, and target outcomes, on time, on budget, and to DNV quality standards.
- Contribute to communication with selected clients and work with existing and potential clients to help establish their individual needs, identifying and recommending appropriate solutions tapping into DNV capability across the wider group.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in similar roles in consulting companies.
- Proven track record of delivery in the domains of health and safety.
- Experience in the heavy industry sectors and in technical services such as the implementation of occupational health and safety management systems is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and French is a prerequisite.
- Willingness to travel and work around France and the Western Europe area.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team.
- Appetite for new projects requiring a strong capacity for autonomy and integration of new fields of activity or work environments.
