We are looking for a skilled Cyber Threat Analyst to join our team of cybersecurity professionals at CybelAngel.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating our take down operations, analyzing requests, and providing reports to our customers. This role involves answering customer inquiries, keeping them informed of takedown status, and performing all necessary actions to achieve a successful takedown. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to improving our takedown processes and success rate through research and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer requests for take down activities and provide regular updates on their status
- Perform written communication in English with third-party contacts
- Contribute to process improvements and research new ways to enhance take down efficiency
- Support other teams' daily activities, including filtering, investigating, and redacting reports
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluent written and spoken English and French skills
- Interest in cybersecurity operations and a strong understanding of IT services
- Education: Undergraduate degree in IT services or related field, with a focus on becoming a SOC analyst
