We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant and/or Companion at ADMR. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Permit B and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
