About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant and/or Companion. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household chores.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide social support.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior.

Requirements:

  • Permit B and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
