About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant and/or Companion. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements
  • Permit B and a reliable vehicle are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
