Process Engineer for Industrialization

ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steel producer, is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join its team. As a key member of the industrialization team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of a breakthrough decarbonization process for the steel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a specific pilot line for the development and preparation of the technology for industrialization.
- Implement and commission the pilot facility to validate R&D solutions for sizing the industrialization at large scale.
- Develop specifications for the evolution or modification of the pilot line and coordinate engineering works with operational and process teams.
- Coordinate test scheduling and protocol definition, participate in maintenance operations, troubleshootings, and improvements with related teams.
- Participate in the engineering team for the definition of specifications for the future industrial plant and drive design and engineering orientations.
- Take part in the installation, commissioning, training, and coaching of future operators, and provide technical support for the future industrial line.
- Master's degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial process operation and/or support.
- Experience in electrochemical industrial processes, maintenance, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders and sub-contractors.
- Advanced levels of English and French.
- Entrepreneurship, pragmatism, leadership, and driving force of proposals.
