Bid Manager

Exotrail is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our Sales and Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support in bid management, contributing to the capture, winning, and execution of global business opportunities across our three product lines: electric propulsion systems, simulation and operations software, and In-Orbit Services.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in bid management, who can effectively lead strategic, technical, and financial discussions with partners and stakeholders to construct compelling proposals. Your main tasks will include executing the end-to-end bid process, project managing the submission of high-volume, technically complex bids, and maintaining and updating proposal documentation based on product development and roadmaps.
As a Bid Manager at Exotrail, you will work closely with our Product Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Intelligence team to identify market trends and opportunities that may impact our corporate strategy. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing large institutional organization vendor platforms for bid opportunities and ensuring company information is up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end bid process, from Go/No Go to proposal submission
- Lead strategic, technical, and financial discussions with partners and stakeholders
- Project manage the submission of high-volume, technically complex bids
- Maintain and update proposal documentation based on product development and roadmaps
- Work closely with Product Managers, Sales Managers, and Business Intelligence team to identify market trends and opportunities
- Monitor and manage large institutional organization vendor platforms for bid opportunities
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in engineering or similar evidence of space-related technology expertise
- At least 8 years' experience in a similar Bid Management role
- Understanding of space mission and associated technologies
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Autonomous, rigorous, and detail-oriented
- Diplomatic, good communicator, and responsive
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable
