Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant Avant-Vente to join our team in Rillieux-la-Pape (preferably) with occasional travel.

Under the supervision of the Director of Avant-Vente Projet Conseil, the Consultant Avant-Vente will be responsible for promoting the entire Everial offer (archiving, document management, BPO, GED, consulting, and partner solutions) to clients in collaboration with commercial teams.

After a period of integration and training, your main missions will be:

  1. Accompanying clients in identifying and analyzing their needs
  2. Developing technical and budgetary response files
  3. Creating prototypes and client demonstrations
  4. Coordinating the various stakeholders involved in responding to client needs
  5. Presenting solutions to clients in collaboration with the commercial team
  6. Contributing to the improvement of Everial's offers through technical and economic watch
  7. Participating in R&D committees and reporting on market needs
  8. Contributing to the business plan for each offer
  9. Participating in marketing events
Required Profile

We are looking for a graduate with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree (Master's degree in Archives/Documentation or Engineer) with at least one year of experience in a similar role (Avant-Vente, consulting) and preferably in our field of expertise: document engineering, archiving techniques, digitalization of flows, outsourcing of business processes, ECM, GED, and client relations.

A knowledge of public market responses would be an asset.

You must be a strong counselor and able to lead missions independently.

Your technical expertise allows you to understand client needs and specific constraints related to technical solutions.

You have a strong command of financial notions necessary for designing an offer and managing project budgets.

You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Punctual travel is expected.
