Job Description

We are seeking a Consultant Avant-Vente to join our team in Rillieux-la-Pape (preferably) with occasional travel.

Under the responsibility of the Director of Avant-Vente Projet Conseil, the Consultant Avant-Vente is specialized in the treatment of physical and digital documents. They will be responsible for promoting the entire EVERIAL offer (physical archiving, document processing, BPO, GED, consulting, and partner solutions) to clients in collaboration with commercial teams.

After a period of integration and training, your main missions will be:

  • Accompanying clients in the collection and analysis of their needs
  • Developing technical and budgetary response files
  • Creating prototypes and client demonstrations
  • Coordinating the various actors involved in responding to client needs
  • Ensuring client presentations in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Contributing to the improvement of EVERIAL offers through technical and economic watch
  • Participating in R&D committees and reporting on market needs
  • Contributing to the specific business plan for each offer
  • Participating in marketing events

Required profile

We are looking for a graduate with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree (Master's degree in Archives/Documentation or Engineer) with at least one experience in a similar position (Avant-Vente, consulting) and ideally in our field of expertise: document engineering, archiving techniques, digitalization of flows, outsourcing of business processes, ECM, GED, and client relations.

The knowledge and experience in responding to public markets would be an asset.

You are a force of counsel and will be able to lead the missions entrusted to you autonomously.

Your technical expertise allows you to understand client needs and specific constraints related to technical solutions to be implemented. You have mastered the necessary financial notions for designing an offer and managing project budgets.

You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Punctual travel is expected.
