Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Lead to join our Inside Sales team at Computacenter. As a key member of our Operational Business Support & Development (OBSD) team, you will be responsible for delivering programmes that support Inside Sales and Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programme management strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programmes to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess education needs and develop programmes to meet those needs.
  • Ensure that all programme deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct programme reviews and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Embody Computacenter's mission and values, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in programme management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and senior management, with a strong understanding of SLA management and contractual KPI requirements.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and build strong virtual teams.
