About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Right Hand to Chief Operational Performance Officer. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer Europe, supervising 4 countries, and contribute to the success of our Operational Performance Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the successful implementation of our Group transformation program, tracking progress and gains in coordination with all streams' leaders and countries.
  • Support the Chief Operational Performance Officer in tasks and projects transversal to the Operational Performance Department and coordination of the teams.
  • Provide operational support to the Operational Performance teams on ad hoc needs, including project management, analysis, and internal communication.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Management or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, or Finance/Transaction services.
  • Financial/quantitative analysis acumen and strong project management skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a challenging environment.
