We are seeking a highly skilled Windows & Security Systems Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team at Clarins. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the operational condition of our end-user computing environment, including tools, software, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize the end-user computing environment, including administration, supervision, software updates, and application management.
- Lead and supervise End-User Computing operations across all Clarins locations, ensuring seamless integration and security.
- Provide technical support and assistance with hardware and software installations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Manage Microsoft services, including Active Directory, GPO, Azure AD, Intune, and O365, to ensure optimal security and performance.
- Assist in disaster recovery and cyber attack planning and testing, ensuring business continuity and data security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in an international environment, with a strong understanding of global IT infrastructure and security best practices.
- Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows OS, Mac OS, iOS, and Android devices, as well as PowerShell and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
