Wiser Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, Windows configuration, and SharePoint administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Tier 2/3 support services, including network administration, Active Directory administration, and Azure/AWS administration. They will also be expected to assist the Service Desk support service, mentor support personnel, and perform miscellaneous support duties as designated by the Enterprise Systems Manager.
The ideal candidate will have expertise with Firewalls/Network Switches/Access Points, familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, OneLogin IAM, SharePoint, and M365 licensing and administration. They will also have experience with Windows Server (201x,202x), Windows Powershell, Python or other automation scripting tools, endpoint security tools, and ticket creation, fulfillment, escalation, and solution follow-up.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent English language skills and the ability to assist users with varying levels of technical expertise. They will also have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, familiarity with Slack, Teams, Zoom, and Teams Boardroom Teleconferencing equipment, and experience working with software systems such as JIRA, Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk Plus, BitWarden, Password Manager Pro, OpenVPN, and DNSFilter.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, 7+ years of relevant support and administration experience, 2+ years in a senior administrative position, and progressive certifications related to the role.
