Job Description:

AccorCorpo is seeking a skilled Marketing Partnerships Coordinator to join its Loyalty & E-commerce division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships Marketing Manager in the coordination and animation of the existing portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication, with a proven track record of success in developing and leading strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for daily relationships with partners, internal teams, and external agencies, as well as managing campaigns and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of marketing offers in collaboration with local teams, marketing agencies, and communication teams.
  • Coordinate the execution of annual marketing plans and manage technical incidents and requests for changes in communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the front-end team to deliver new partner pages on the ALL.com website.
  • Support the creation of digital customer journey offer pages using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) tool.
  • Manage marketing budgets, including follow-up of agency and supplier invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Bac +4/5).
  • Previous internship experience in marketing, communication, or sales functions.
  • Proficiency in English and French languages, with a third language being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with knowledge of Canvas being a plus.
  • Dynamism, proactiveness, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • Versatile profile with a strong business orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and synthesizing abilities.
