Position Overview
As a Project Manager specializing in Sales Enablement at Dassault Systèmes, you will be integral to a team focused on designing, executing, and evaluating enablement initiatives tailored for Sales and Business stakeholders. The objective of these initiatives is to equip the North American Organization with the skills and confidence necessary for professional success.
Your enthusiasm for problem-solving, project coordination, and developing scalable enablement strategies will be key in this role. You will leverage your comprehensive understanding of the DS ecosystem to create impactful sales enablement programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating training requirements, coordinating with DS subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate training and enablement sessions such as webinars and self-directed learning modules.
- Enhancing awareness of existing resources while identifying areas for improvement.
- Designing and executing effective onboarding processes for new employees to accelerate their skill development.
- Continuously collecting feedback from the Sales Team to refine enablement resources and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in enablement or project management, with a strong commitment to learning and development.
- Proven success in managing cross-departmental projects and complex programs.
- Experience in assessing and reporting on program effectiveness, including the establishment of key performance indicators.
- Experience in organizing events such as boot camps and workshops is advantageous.
