Job Description
Havas Finances Services Snc is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including month and end-year processes, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Participate in the coordination of annual audits and ensure that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the maintenance of fiscal files and records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in English.
- 0+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a media agency, digital industry, tech company, or data company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in office software and accounting software.
