We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Dauphin/Parkland region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of our customers to deliver accurate information and recommend the most suitable services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customer needs to deliver accurate information and recommend suitable services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Participate in company events and activities to promote a positive company culture
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Door-to-door sales experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
