Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Lead Technical Program Manager to become a vital part of our newly established TPM team, steering intricate technical initiatives throughout Doctolib's ecosystem to achieve strategic objectives and ensure the successful delivery of an ambitious product roadmap aimed at revolutionizing healthcare.

Reporting directly to our Director of TPM , you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and various cross-functional teams to craft and implement technical programs that translate Doctolib's vision into tangible outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Facilitating program rituals, including steering committees with senior leadership
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, and product teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  3. Evaluating technical design choices and assessing engineering practices to ensure that program dependencies are effectively managed for successful delivery
  4. Maintaining clear communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project objectives and progress
  5. Developing and instituting processes for technical program management, covering project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
  6. Promoting continuous improvement by enhancing our methodologies, tools, and processes
  7. Monitoring and reporting on the status of technical programs, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues to guarantee successful outcomes
Who You Are

  1. Over 7 years of experience in the software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for identifying and addressing risks and challenges
  3. Capacity for critical and objective thinking, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  4. Driven and results-oriented, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting to evolving environments
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  6. A user-centric approach, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders
  7. Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience leading programs within a technology organization of over 500 individuals
  2. Previous participation in modularization initiatives
  3. Familiarity with various database technologies such as Postgres and MongoDB
  4. Fluency in French, German, or Italian
