About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Doctolib, a leading healthcare technology company. As a key member of our TPM team, you will be responsible for driving complex technical programs across our organization to achieve business outcomes and ensure the successful delivery of our ambitious product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Organize and lead program rituals, including steering committees with executive leadership, to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering, and product leaders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Technical Oversight: Review technical design decisions, assess engineering practices, and ensure programs' dependencies are addressed for effective delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and status.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and processes.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in the software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues. Ability to think critically and objectively, with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Personal Qualities: Driven and outcome-focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Language: Business fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading programs across a tech organization of 500+ people.
  • Modularisation Experience: Previous involvement in modularisation initiatives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of different database technologies, such as Postgres and MongoDB.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French, German, or Italian.
