The Team

Within Datadog's Go-To-Market Enablement division, the Technical Solutions (TS) Enablement group is dedicated to disseminating knowledge, providing continuous education, creating instructional materials, and maintaining operational processes for our product specialists. Our team supports a premier product that effectively addresses customer challenges. We convey technical and product knowledge to the technical solutions team through demonstrations, e-learning modules, live training sessions, documentation, and ongoing assistance.

The Opportunity

As Datadog experiences rapid expansion, our onboarding and continuous training initiatives are also scaling up in complexity and volume. This role is pivotal in delivering onboarding and ongoing enablement training programs to our TS teams in the EMEA region. We seek a methodical communicator with the ability to distill complex information into understandable content to develop and present training materials, curricula, and programs that empower our technical solutions personnel to excel in their roles. This position is crucial in fostering a dynamic, engaging, and positive learning atmosphere.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct live and virtual onboarding and training sessions that equip our Technical Solutions teams with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for success in their roles.
  • Oversee logistical elements of training delivery, including roster management, learner communications, classroom arrangements, and other on-site event support tasks.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our products, market strategies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to facilitate interactive labs during live workshops.
  • Ensure effective delivery of training content.
  • Partner closely with curriculum managers and program leaders to actively participate in the quarterly review of course content, gather field feedback, and ensure content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Maintain a regular reporting schedule for attendance, course completion, and learner feedback.
  • Integrate with Technical Solutions to understand the realities of troubleshooting and demonstrating Datadog products while being open to challenging assumptions to foster organizational growth.
  • Advocate for technical solutions and go-to-market enablement initiatives at Datadog.
Who You Are:
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, technical enablement, or a training role involving technical concepts.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring colleagues on key role components.
  • Experience delivering multi-day training sessions to groups of 10 or more participants.
  • Project management experience in delivering quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in developing engaging and dynamic training for diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, tech-savvy individual who can grasp a company's business needs and articulate Datadog's value and technical specifics to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: you simplify the complex.
  • General understanding of cloud technologies.
Bonus Points:
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service or technology organization.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Experience in enabling support or sales engineers using a structured approach.
