Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Sector team at Mace Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-profile projects for leading pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection
  • Apply value management techniques at the outset of a project
  • Act as a key interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants at all project stages
  • Handle contractual frameworks and standard forms of contract
  • Previous experience working with blue-chip life science and pharmaceutical clients is essential
  • JCT/NCE form of contract experience is a must
  • Knowledge of contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction is required
  • Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on contract administration
  • Understanding of hot topic issues such as sustainability, social value, and carbon reduction impacting public sector
  • French speaking is desirable but not essential
