About the Role

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our cost management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients across the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert cost advice to clients from the early stages of projects to the final settlement of accounts.
  • Settle final accounts and administer contracts as a Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Offer technical advice on legal and contractual issues related to construction projects.
  • Develop and implement effective construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in cost management for major real estate-related construction projects.
  • Knowledge of French construction regulations.
  • Practical understanding of construction procurement strategies and contract management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, finance, and numeracy management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional level of English and French language skills.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma in Construction Economics or equivalent.
