Cost Management Specialist

Join Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd as a Cost Manager and take on a challenging role in our construction cost management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cost management services to our clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
About the Role:- Provide cost advice to clients on real estate projects, from early cost estimates to final account settlement.
- Settle final accounts and administer contracts as a Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.

- Have a strong background in construction cost management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the industry.
