Job Title: Customer Success Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies on the UK market, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to RFPs and client inquiries, working closely with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for key accounts and develop strong advertising recommendations to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Expand and develop client relationships, focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performances and develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with AdOps and Sales Marketing teams to secure campaign delivery and build effective media and insights solutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in adtech, media agency, or sales house in a similar position.
  • First-hand experience with the UK market is a plus.
  • Understanding of key notions in programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Solid computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
