We're seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to lead our EMEA region. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and exceptional customer experiences. With a strong background in project management and technical expertise, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize the value of our Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing customer onboarding plans to ensure timely and organized delivery of our products
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
Providing technical guidance and best practices to customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform
Building strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and retention
Excellent project management and communication skills
~ Proficiency of spoken and written English

The salary range for this position is 160,000-200,000 (80/20 split variable) USD per year which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
