About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller Assistant to join our team at the Département de Haute-Vienne. As a key member of our administrative and financial department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the financial management of our department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the Sous-directeur gestion administrative et financière, including preparing financial documents, managing records, and coordinating with other departments.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective financial management and control.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
