About the Role

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Cloud Program Manager (CPM) with a robust background in cloud technologies to become a key member of our innovative team. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, the ideal candidate will possess a solid history of managing intricate technical programs, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with leading cloud service providers to ensure seamless deployment of our models on their platforms.
  2. Create, sustain, and implement detailed release and program schedules, identifying potential risks while clearly conveying objectives, roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.
  3. Lead the implementation of new models and software within our partners' ecosystems, identifying engineering dependencies and facilitating collaboration between teams.
  4. Ensure optimal interaction with our partners, striving for their utmost satisfaction.
  5. Track and report on program performance utilizing key metrics and dashboards, ensuring transparency and visibility.
  6. Foster communication and collaboration across teams, resolving conflicts and eliminating barriers to guarantee efficient program execution.
  7. Additional responsibilities may include assisting the team with cloud capacity planning management, such as developing dashboards to monitor and assess our cloud capacity and allocate resources based on requirements.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in program management with an emphasis on cloud computing.
  3. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their business applications.
  4. Proven experience in managing complex technical programs from inception to completion.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  7. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  8. Proficiency in English.

Familiarity with the AI domain and experience in deploying large language models on cloud infrastructure would be advantageous.
