Position Overview:

As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will act as a crucial liaison for customer service, dedicated to ensuring the reliability and expansion of our clients' cloud-based business operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Alibaba Cloud team to prioritize and resolve customer inquiries, challenges, and feature requests in a timely manner.

Operational Excellence:

Guarantee the stability and security of client cloud environments through thorough risk management, prompt product updates, enhancements, and effective emergency response to faults.

Enhance cloud resource utilization and performance, thereby improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Champion ongoing improvements in product operations, simplifying cloud management processes, and empowering clients with sustainable maintenance capabilities for their cloud platforms.

Cloud Transition Assistance:

Guide clients throughout their cloud transition journey, utilizing our expertise in application architecture, big data frameworks, database localization, performance optimization, data governance, and platform development.

Provide industry-specific best practices and solutions to maximize cloud resource utilization.

Cloud Performance Optimization:

Design and refine system architectures to ensure business continuity, disaster recovery capabilities, system monitoring, and regular recovery drills for optimal stability and reliability.

Implement intelligent monitoring and alerting systems to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Comprehensive Technical Operations:

Deliver end-to-end cloud technology support, including cost management, maturity evaluations, compliance, security enhancements, and consulting services to strengthen clients' cloud operations.

Expert Consultation Services:

Provide best practices, solution consulting, and services tailored to Alibaba Cloud's intelligent offerings.

Assist clients in improving their cloud product operations and usage proficiency, supporting successful cloud transitions with effective tools and strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution development, architectural design, server-side development, and operational tasks for large-scale internet or financial applications or within enterprise environments.

Strong technical knowledge in large-scale application development or operations with a foundation in cloud products.

Expertise in technical areas such as cloud-native technologies, big data, databases, networking, middleware, and the architecture of primary business line products.

Ability to comprehend and design cross-product system architectures and effectively address related challenges.

Skill in identifying customer segments and maintaining customized communication and problem-solving strategies to ensure satisfaction at all levels, including senior management.

Robust operational management capabilities, focusing on system optimization to enhance cloud platform stability and efficiency.

Proficiency in coordinating both internal and external stakeholders, managing customer or complex internal projects, adhering to service level agreements, and achieving high satisfaction rates.

Systematic and comprehensive solution design and architectural skills tailored to complex technical environments.

Excellence in breaking down complex technical issues into actionable solutions and system architecture designs for single-product technical scenarios.

Expertise in applying practical cases and custom optimization solutions for client-specific business scenarios, such as high availability.
