Join Suntory Beverage and Food Europe as a key leader in shaping our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy across Europe.
As the Head of Transformation in HSE for Europe, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our HSE strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the region. This includes managing the Group Health and Safety policy for Europe, developing standards, and ensuring their application across the organization.
You will also lead the HSE risk analysis in collaboration with relevant teams, identifying and evaluating risks, implementing controls, and improvement plans to effectively manage these risks. Additionally, you will manage relative reporting and lead the HSE transformation, including developing a strong safety culture and coordinating with local teams to ensure consistent and effective safety practices.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive changes across all levels. You will work closely with the HSE team stakeholders across the markets/sites and the entire organization to drive transformation, including HSE strategic projects.
Requirements- Approximately 15 years of experience with strong operational experience within an FMCG environment.
- Languages: English is mandatory; French is a plus.
The role requires regular travel around Europe (60%).
