The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Leader to join our team in Central Europe. As a key member of our Channel Sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth through our partner ecosystem.

About the Team

Our Channel Sales team is dedicated to building strong relationships with our partners across Central Europe. We work closely with various departments within Nutanix, including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, to provide our partners with the support and tools they need to succeed.

Your Role

  • Lead and manage a team of Channel Sales Managers
  • Foster relationships with Nutanix partners across Central Europe
  • Create and execute a Channel Sales strategy
  • Develop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolio
  • Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategy
  • Plan and direct channel activities and partner business planning
  • Collaborate with field marketing for effective communication and demand generation

What You Will Bring

  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of sales process and Channel Sales
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of Channel Sales Managers
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to communicate with C-level partner contacts
  • Ability to plan and operate within a budget
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package

Estimated salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
