Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Lengow. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound prospecting and booking appointments/meetings between these leads and our account executives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and tailor our sales approach to meet their needs.
  • Lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and identify their needs and challenges.
  • Determine the prospect's interest in our services and schedule discovery meetings with our account executives.
  • Participate in first demos to improve sales skills and provide a seamless handover to account executives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role and industry.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to learn and grow.
