Job Summary
ENGIE is seeking an IT Solution Expert - SAP PM/MM to support the company's major global transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing maintenance and inventory processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and lead design workshops with the project team, providing functional and methodological expertise.
- Drafting the expected deliverables (functional and technical specifications, operating procedures, etc.).
- Carry out reporting internally to its management and contribute to coordinating several project actors as well as technicians / IT experts.
- Configure and customize SAP on the Maintenance & Inventory modules independently on the functional and technical parts.
- Monitor changes to the SAP organizational structure and the implementation of new regulations in the areas of maintenance and inventory.
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings to promote an integrated approach to business process management.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of SAP - modules PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Material Management) at the heart of implementation or application maintenance projects.
- Good knowledge of maintenance and logistics processes.
- Cross-functional knowledge of SAP modules is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience of working in project management mode.
- Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop solutions to a variety of issues using SAP functionalities.
- Excellent written communication skills to propose clear, simple and appropriate solutions and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
