In this position, you will oversee all HR operations within your designated area, ensuring adherence to legal standards, safety protocols, environmental regulations, and corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR functions: personnel management and HR operations in collaboration with our internal payroll and recruitment partners
- Facilitate the effective execution of HR processes
- Ensure compliance with corporate agreements and labor regulations
- Offer guidance and support to operational teams regarding HR issues
- Implement remuneration strategies
- Manage employee development and skill enhancement
- Design and execute training initiatives
