Job DescriptionWe are seeking an OEM Sales Operations Analyst to join our small, forward-thinking team in France, Paris Office or remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales overview and approval for all EMEA customer POs placed.
Key Responsibilities- Comprehensive understanding of all pricing, licensing, Opportunity Registration, and discount approval programs.
- Craft, maintain, and provide various reports (shipping, backlog, forecast) & sales reports by working closely with internal teams in EMEA and HQ.
- Assist the NVIDIA GAM teams with Internal Sales Processes and Systems, including SFDC hygiene and coverage model.
- 5 years of experience in sales & operation in the IT Industry.
- Sales or Customer Service experience in a similar sales operations role, ideally within the Enterprise industry, preferably in a leading high-tech company.
- Experience in Excel and SFDC Lightning. Knowledge of SAP and SteelWedge would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
