About the Role
Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our executive search team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop position specifications and create effective search strategies in collaboration with our consultants.
- Conduct industry-specific and client company research to bring market insights to our consultants and clients.
- Assist consultants in preparing business development materials to present to prospective and current clients.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to client relationship management and work closely with our consultants to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience.
- An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in executive search, contingent search, or in-house talent acquisition.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and working across teams.
- Experience targeting potential candidates and developing pitch materials.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.
