Senior Manager Sustainable Business Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sustainable Business Support team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy and supporting our businesses in achieving their sustainability goals.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the Sustainable Business Support team and provide guidance and expertise to regional and global businesses.
- Develop and maintain the Sustainable Construction guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Support management teams in countries and businesses to design and implement their sustainability roadmaps, from scoping market developments to defining action plans.
- Identify and explore new sustainability trends, topics, and developments, and develop expertise and recommendations to help businesses position and grow on those topics.
- Monitor globally the development of main labeling schemes for sustainable buildings and products, contribute to public consultations, and support countries in understanding their impact on their offer.
- Bring support and expertise to the Offer & Product Management team, collaborating closely with OPM to analyze market trends, provide product trainings, and support new solutions positioning and launch.
- Represent Saint-Gobain with international customers, key accounts, and major international organizations to present and explain our approach to sustainable construction.
- 10-15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in sales & marketing.
- Master degree level, with a post-master degree specialization in sustainability or sustainable construction a plus.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, with strong communication and presentation capabilities.
