We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sustainable Business Support team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy and supporting our businesses in achieving their sustainability goals.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the Sustainable Business Support team and provide guidance on sustainability-related matters.
- Develop and implement sustainable construction guidelines and methodologies to support our businesses.
- Support management teams in countries and businesses to design and implement their sustainability roadmaps.
- Identify and explore new sustainability trends, topics, or developments and develop expertise and recommendations to help our businesses position and grow on those new topics.
- Monitor globally the development of main labeling schemes for sustainable buildings or sustainable products and contribute to public consultations on their evolutions.
- Bring support and expertise to our Offer & Product Management team and collaborate closely with them on sustainability-related matters.
- Represent Saint-Gobain with international customers, key accounts, and major international organizations to present and explain our approach to sustainable construction.
- 10-15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in sales & marketing.
- Master degree level in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability-related matters and experience in sustainable construction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
