Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support for applications, ensuring effective application monitoring and incident management.
- Automate routine support activities utilizing SQL and Unix.
- Handle incidents reported by users efficiently.
- Assist in resolving incidents that impact service quality and continuity at both first and second levels.
- Take ownership of the application and be capable of delivering solutions.
- Contribute to service enhancement by executing action plans, including the analysis of recurring incidents and the implementation of procedures.
- Oversee workflow progress from Front to Back.
Essential Technical Skills: Proficiency in UNIX/Linux, SQL, Shell Scripting, Perl, Ctrl-M, and FTP. Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is preferred. ITIL certification is advantageous. Knowledge of ION is a plus.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally complemented by a specialization in Finance, along with substantial experience as an Application Support Engineer or Techno-Functional Consultant. A strong command of the Unix operating system, database management (SQL), and Shell script development is required. Basic financial knowledge is essential. Proficiency in English is necessary due to the international nature of the role. Attributes such as service orientation, proactivity, attention to detail, and autonomy are critical for success in this position. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and international environment, allowing for the acquisition of valuable business expertise.
