We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing strategic initiatives at a regional and global level, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the overall business objectives of AXA Group
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans at a regional or global level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating with diverse teams
- Fluency in French and English is essential; Spanish is a plus
