Business Development Manager

Redstone Commodity Search is a leading provider of 360° search solutions to the global commodities markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our air and sea freight team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target key manufacturers, renewable energy sectors, retailers, and other businesses in need of logistics solutions.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to deliver exceptional client solutions and exceed expectations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within the freight forwarding or logistics sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
