Legal Counsel for Global Employment Matters

We are seeking a Legal Counsel for Global Employment Matters to join our team. As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the company's various stakeholders, including top management, HR, and Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility teams.
The role involves advising and supporting teams on a variety of legal subjects, including employment law, compensation and benefits, intra-group mobility, and recruitment procedures. You will also participate in the definition, implementation, and support of HR projects at a Group level.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice to stakeholders
- Supporting teams on employment law matters
- Participating in HR projects at a Group level
- Collaborating with operational teams on social law implications of innovative projects
Requirements:
- Strong legal education in social law
- Experience in similar positions in international contexts
- Leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide solutions
